- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- During high demand or sales, processing may take slightly longer

- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
- Remote areas may take 5–10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above 899rs
- ₹[200] shipping fee for orders below that 899
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected orders
- Additional COD charges may apply
- Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID via SMS/Email
- You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website
6. Delivery Delays
Delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Incorrect shipping details
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking your order.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos for verification
