  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high demand or sales, processing may take slightly longer

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Remote areas may take 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above 899rs 
  • ₹[200] shipping fee for orders below that 899

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders
  • Additional COD charges may apply
  • Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website

6. Delivery Delays

Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier issues
  • Incorrect shipping details

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking your order.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos for verification

We will assist with replacement or resolution.
