At Eszara, we strive to provide the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind / dislike after delivery
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen
  • Products used or damaged by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

4. Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement for damaged/defective/wrong items
  • Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days after approval
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is canceled before shipping

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refund via bank transfer / UPI

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

6. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/wrong product → we bear return shipping cost
  • In other cases (if applicable) → customer may need to pay shipping

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is recommended for faster claim approval
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
